Our Founder, Ryan Pollard, established Pollard Property Services in 2008 and is the driving force behind the business’s growth, development, and continued success. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table, guiding our team with integrity and innovation. His visionary leadership, passion for decorating and eye-for-quality plays a pivotal role in the company ethos.
Starting from a one-man business, to building a team of trained and skilled professionals like himself, Ryan is constantly pushing the boundaries of the decorating world and exploring new possibilities, techniques and up-to-date services and skills within the sector. A true craftsman and project manager, he inspires our team to think creatively, embrace challenges, and strive for excellence in everything we do.

Jessica Pollard
Managing Director
Jessica ensures the seamless operation of our office. From managing schedules and coordinating logistics to providing exceptional customer service, Jess is the backbone of our administrative team and plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and trusted supplier network.
With her dedication and organisational skills, she keeps everything running smoothly, allowing our business to thrive.
